TESTIMONIALS
“My wife and I met Marsha at an open house and immediately felt confidence in her, so we invited her to compete against two other established teams for the sale of our property. Her professionalism and attention to contract detail surpassed the other agents, including nine from previous real estate transactions, so her representation was an easy decision.
Marsha added value by offering specific advice, dissecting and translating disclosure documents, and even advised against an easy purchase based on considerations we overlooked. Now that we are in the perfect place, we were wise to heed her best ever advice!
We came to Marsha with our most complicated and challenging real estate scenario, she set written time based goals, proactively managed the process, and achieved every point. [She] is the only agent we can whole heartedly recommend.”

"I literally cannot say enough good things about Marsha. When we decided to sell our beloved Bernal Heights home, I interviewed three agents before choosing. The reality is that I am a bit of a perfectionist and I wanted someone who I could 100% trust to do the absolute best job possible. All three agents were great - they were professional, prepared, and skilled, but it was SO CLEAR from the beginning that Marsha would go above and beyond for us.
What an understatement! Marsha is one of the most responsive, sharp, detail-oriented and client focused professionals I have ever worked with. She’s also warm and incredibly gracious. She kept us updated on every step of the process, created spreadsheets to track upgrades, properly prep costs, paperwork status, and more. She personally shipped belongings we accidentally left in the space and even cleaned our neighbor's front porch herself to help with curb appeal. She loves what she does and her bar is incredibly high - this drives her to do things most realtors wouldn't even think of. Preparing and selling a home can be stressful, but Marsha honestly made selling our home one of the least stressful aspects of our lives. She involved us when it was necessary and completely took care of things herself when involving us wasn’t needed. She was directive when there were tight timelines and collaborative when appropriate. Most importantly, she had the impeccable judgment to know the when to leverage each approach.
Bottom line, I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Working with Marsha is like winning the realtor lottery. Her clients are VERY, VERY lucky."

"Marsha was our realtor for a house we bought this month and she was amazing! We were referred to her through a friend and she went above and beyond to have an offer accepted in less than a week and close on the house while we were on a pre-planned vacation in Europe. This house was a unique opportunity for us as it was close to family and had everything we had dreamed of which is why the process went so quickly. Marsha negotiated with the seller and other offers and was able to get our offer accepted with multiple rounds of discussion. In addition, Marsha was super detailed and walked us through all of the contract details, caught inconsistencies, and made corrections with the seller. She kept everyone on top of deadlines and worked closely with our mortgage broker and inspectors. She worked with my family to get the contracts signed as power of attorney while we were away and she even washed out a gross compost bin for us that was left behind! I can't say enough about Marsha's service and attention to detail, we are grateful!"
